We chose that phrase because it sounded a little more proper and respectful than “A Much-Needed Size 11 to the Pants of an Industry.”
Think about it: buyers, sellers, and agents and their needs, motivations, and especially demands upon their time have all changed, but the real estate industry’s been pretty much the same for half a century.
We built Connect Realty by listening, really. We listened to buyers. We listened to sellers. Mostly, though, we listened to agents across the country about what could and should be improved to make it easier for families to buy and sell homes.
We’re Trying Harder and Working Smarter
Our plan was simple. Use existing and ever-evolving technology to streamline and simplify the ability to help agents do their jobs without redundancies and mind-numbing inefficiencies.
By eliminating costly and, in this day and age, completely unnecessary overhead costs, Connect Realty redirects those funds not into our own corporate pockets, but back into the hands of our agents and into useable time-saving technology, contemporary marketing and thoughtful, salient training.
The best, happiest agents do the little things. The best, happiest agents share their knowledge. The best, happiest agents have the time to focus on you - whether you’re their client, their family, or simply themselves (or is it yourself - we haven’t got this all figured out yet, but like we said - we’re trying!).
We don’t have all the answers. We simply hope to surround ourselves with smart people willing to share - then spoil them rotten with the tools they need to make a difference.
