As a service to local companies, we are offering at no charge to the company an "Employee Benefit Program" to assist employees with the purchase and sale of their home.,
With this program we come in and offer onsite classes on purchasing and selling their homes,inform employees who are first time buyers about the programs that exist to help them with their purchase and how to avoid bad mortgages (which lead to the current nationwide situation)
We also will provide counceling employees who are not yet ready to buy,to improve their situation so that they may purchase a home in the future.

The Supplement Specifics
Eligibility
All full time employees (25 or more hours per week) are eligible for benefits under our plan, regardless of how long they’ve been with the company. New employees, hired after the plan is in place, are covered automatically from day one.
| Extended Benefits Unlike run-of-the-mill benefit plans, this real estate employee benefits supplement not only covers the employee, but also his or her immediate family, including parents, children and siblings. Lay-off Protection This employee benefit supplement also has a lay-off protection benefit on a one-to-one basis. For example, if an employee has been with the company six years and two months and is laid off for some reason, the benefits aren’t cancelled; they stay in place for a period equal to the period of active employment, or in this instance, six years and two months! Many employers and employees view this benefit as a real plus, and for good reason. | |
Retirement Benefits
As both a retention incentive and retirement reward, employees covered under the plan keep their coverage when they reach retirement age, for life! Benefits are kept in place for the full life of the surviving spouse, regardless of age, health or relocation.
Termination of Coverage
The benefits are terminated only when an employee is terminated for a negative or illegal reason, insufficient job performance, embezzlement, theft, insubordination, etc. In that instance coverage ceases simultaneously with the employee's last day at work.
| How do we get started? Enrolling Your People After you have decided to offer the plan to your employees, you can then decide how you would like to approach the enrollment. We offer two simple enrollment options, both of which will be received by your employees. Meetings are arranged to present the benefits of the plan to employees in groups. The presentation only requires a few minutes. Payroll Inserts can be used if this is the preference of the employer. The employer would be the central location for employees to pick up and return signed Real Estate Benefit Supplement applications. The employer would forward all applications to us for registration purposes. | |
After each employee has signed up for the Real Estate Employee Benefit Supplement, they will receive an Employee Benefit Guide. The Employee Benefit Guide will provide easy to follow directions on how to use their Benefit Supplement.
No Waiting Periods
Each Employee who completes the application is covered and eligible to begin accessing benefits immediately with no waiting period applied.
At Home Communication
Except in a rare instance, all communication between the employee and my office is done through mail, email or by phone away from the business. Monthly, a reminder postcard will be sent to the employee’s home to inform them of the specific of each service.
