Hello Friends.

I use this space to introduce you to me and the way I do business. Before  I entered the real Estate field, I spent over 25 years in Aerospace as a Material Planner, I enjoyed the exposure to all the aspects of building aircraft, I was involved with the building of the B-2 bomber from consept when it was refered to as the "Advanced Technogoly Bomber" to the last aircraft to leave the line. after being laidoff from Northrup Grumman,Boeing enlisted my services as a planner, and I moved to Auburn Wa from Palmdale, CA, after a year I was laid off from that job.

For the next 3 years, I moved from temp jog to temp job, many being with boeing, when it became harder for me to find stedy work, I moved into the Real Estate world. for many years I have had the thought of being a Realtor in the back of my mind,but was too busy working, (or trying to find work) to give it a try, then one day I made up my mind and made the jump.After all, all of my children have growen and moved out just leaving me and my wife.

I am the Proud Father of 5, 3 girls and 2 boys, and I also have 7 Grandchildren (and  growing),I have been married the the most beautiful woman , in my world for 30 years, and looking forward to even more years with her.

In my spare time, I love to fish and boat, Photographty is one of my hobbies,along with helping out with the Boy Scouts.,I am also very active In the LDS Church (Mormon)

When I became a Realtor,I made up my mind that I not be the "Stereo typed" real estate agent. and set up some standards that I would work by and never waver from.

1. I will always do my best to find the home that will match your need,s with your resources and not put you into a home which  would strain your resources.and not allow the commission that I will earn,in any way effect the homes that I show you.

This means that if you are approved for a mortgage of $250,000 I will not show you a home at the max that you are approved for, but rather show you homes from $200,000 to $240,000, and if a home comes up that fits your needs that pays only 2.5% commission and another comes up that will pay more commission, I will show you both. I will do everything in my power to find you your home, negoate the best price, and reward you by buying a 1year home warranty at no charge to you.

2. I work above board, I will never "Surgar coat" or down right lie to you just to make a sale, If I know something regarding your transaction, I will inform you. and give you a recomandation to a corse of action.

3. I will put in 100% effort to meeting your needs,and not cut corners, I do what I say, and I say what I do. I will make myself avabile to you for any questions, or concerns, even after the sale, and if at anytime durring your transaction you feel that I am not preforming to your standards (or mine) please give me a call and lets talk, I will listen
